Domestic Shipping
We at The Oblivious Mind charge a standard shipping rate in India of Rs. 250/- per order.

All orders usually take 2-3 working days to be processed and further 5 -7 working days to be delivered. So you can expect a delivery between 7-10 days after placing your order.
You will get a tracking link and tracking number in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid.
For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We only make use of reliable courier companies. The Oblivious Mind is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or on account of any factors beyond the control of The Oblivious Mind. We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of The Oblivious Mind , including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched within 7-14 working days. Once the order is dispatched it takes about 7-10 business days for the order to be delivered depending on the country. Final dispatch time will depend on all the products in the order.

Shipping rates will vary according to the country the order is being delivered to. Starting price for internationals shipping is 3000/- INR. The number of items in the order may affect shipping rates as well which will be calculated during checkout.

Buyers will have to cover the customs and import taxes if any. The Oblivious Mind will not be responsible for delays during customs check.

Returns, cancelations, exchanges and refunds are not applicable on international orders.
