REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS/REFUNDS


If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory / damaged, do not worry!

Send us an email at theobliviousmind.shop@gmail.com  within 14 days of receiving the product, we will confirm your return request via email.  

​

We would be happy to provide a refund.  In the email confirming your return request, you will receive the address to which you have to ship the product back. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the product, we will inspect the product after which you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted and we will initiate the refund process through bank transfer, for which you’ll be asked for your Bank details for the same. After processing the refund, the amount will get credited into your bank account in 5-7 business days.

Please note, all products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also contain the packaging, in which you received the items, in the best possible condition.

​

No returns or refunds will be applicable after 14 days of receiving the product.

EXCHANGES


To process an exchange, send us an email at theobliviousmind.shop@gmail.com and our team will confirm your exchange request via email. Exchange requests are only considered if sent within 14 days of receiving the product. In the email confirming your exchange request, you will receive the address to which you have to ship the product back. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. Once we receive the product, we will inspect the product and ship the new item to you which will be delivered within the next 7-10 business days.

Please note, all products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also contain the packaging, in which you received the items, in the best possible condition.

No exchange will be applicable after 14 days of receiving the product.

CANCELLATION

Please mail us at theobliviousmind.shop@gmail.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.

Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped. 

​

No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed. 

​

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out for delivery. Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.

 

Full refund will be initiated after the cancellation request has been accepted.

LATE OR MISSING FUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at theobliviousmind.shop@gmail.com


SALE ITEMS 


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

However, if the product is damaged, please follow the return/refund/exchange policy.

SHIPPING


To return your product, you should mail your product to the address sent to you in the email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your itemShipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns, cancelations, exchanges and refunds are not applicable on international orders.
